This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only if the product is purchased from our online store (toolslanka.lk) or physical store.
Warranty Coverage
- Warranty periods vary depending on the product.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
- Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts caused by material or workmanship faults.
- This is your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty, and any other implied warranties are limited to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects or issues caused by:
- Repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons or service centers.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Alterations made to the tool.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty:
- Return the complete power tool along with original packaging.
- Pre-pay transportation costs if required.
- Include a dated proof of purchase.
- Submit the product to Tools Lanka service center or an authorized service center.
Note: Warranty is void if any of the exclusions above apply.
Items Not Covered
This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items, including but not limited to:
- Circular saw blades
- Drill bits
- Router bits
- Jigsaw blades
- Sanding belts
- Grinding wheels
- Other related accessory items
Month Service Protection Plan
Tools Lanka offers a 6-month service protection plan, which includes:
- Free electrical, safety, and performance checks
- Lubrication and replacement of parts worn under normal use
Important Notes:
- Service must be performed at Tools Lanka service centers only.
- Transportation of the product to and from the service center is the responsibility of the customer.
