Tools Lanka – Terms and Conditions
Introduction
- These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) form a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “TOOLS LANKA USER”, “USER”, “YOU”, “YOUR”) and Tools Lanka (Private) Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TOOLS LANKA”, “WE”, “OUR”, “US”), and set out the terms and conditions governing your use of the Tools Lanka website and platform.
- These Terms are an electronic record in terms of the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006 and other applicable laws. This document does not require physical or digital signatures.

- Tools Lanka is an e-commerce platform providing customers with a virtual storefront to browse, order, and purchase products available in our physical outlets as well as online.
- By placing an order through the Tools Lanka platform, you authorize the purchase and delivery of goods as per the details provided. Acceptance of your order is confirmed upon successful payment. Dispatch timelines indicated at the time of order are approximate and may vary due to third-party dependencies.
- By accessing and using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms at all times.
You’re Use of the Platform
Tools Lanka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Rights and Responsibilities of Tools Lanka

- User feedback may be used by Tools Lanka without restriction or compensation.
- Delivery timelines will depend on availability, logistics, and external factors beyond our control.
Communications

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in relation to Tools Lanka’s brand, website, and content remain the sole property of Tools Lanka. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Force Majeure
Tools Lanka is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or internet disruptions.
